When does the lawn care season start?
Our lawn care services begin in April, as soon as weather conditions allow our technicians to work on the grounds.
Is my price guaranteed for life?
Yes. By accepting automatic renewal of your service, we guarantee you a fixed price for life.
Do I have to pay in full before the service is provided?
No. Although we occasionally offer promotions for customers paying in advance, you also have the option of paying after the service has been completed.
Do I have to be present when the technician arrives?
No, your presence is not required. If you have any specific requirements, please contact our customer service department. They will be added to your file so that the technician can read them before he intervenes.
Can I mow my lawn after your visit?
Although not mandatory, we recommend waiting 48 hours after applying a liquid treatment to optimize its effectiveness.
What is your warranty policy?
We offer a satisfaction guarantee: if your property requires the re-application of an ordered service, we’ll carry it out at no extra charge.
Can I rake my lawn before the first spring treatment?
Yes, but it’s not compulsory. Thanks to Wow’s granular fertilizer, you can rake your lawn before or after the technician’s visit, with no impact on treatment efficiency.
My fence is locked. Can you still treat the backyard?
Yes. We will inform you the day before the intervention so that you can unlock your fence. The technician will then close it again after treatment.
